What does it mean to get accepted for a degree in an accelerated major? Is it Upper Division? - accepted

I was accepted into an accelerated program of great architecture at FIU. Well, what does that mean? You mean you take upper division classes, or I could not be accepted in the normal school of architecture? Is it difficult to regulate and then will be honored or accept anything or higher to get this situation? Please help answer these questions?
