What is a good drawing application I can download and use my Bamboo tablet with? - bamboo drawing pad
I have a Wacom Bamboo Pen Tablet & Touch and I'm really into graphics so I'll get a decent picture / drawing program for my PC, I can do what you want. Nothing is free, it would be better.

Pixia is free and is very good. There are many good tutorials for them, but it is easy to learn and operate.

Inkscape. http://www.inkscape.org. This is the best vector drawing program that is free (similar to Adobe Illustrator.
