How to measure breakfast cereal in grams using a cup? - how to measure cereal

Hello, can someone tell me how to measure cereal for breakfast with a cup? I make a plan and then count the calories you consume. Back in the U.S., the package contains all the information that was of calories for a bowl of cereal, so easy. Here in London, in grams, this 30gm they say, say, Cheerios is 112 calories. How do I measure 30 grams with the cup? (I have a U.S. cup, 1 cup = 8 oz)

Its peel is a measure of volume. Grams are a measure of weight. There is no "one size fits all answer to" how many grams in a cup, because it depends on what type and brand of cereal, are measured. Here is a table with food and its transformation in grams and cups:

Edited by: Here's a site that tells you calories per cup cornflakes or a portion of the cup is. After this, 30 g cherries, 1 cup. They have a few dozen other grains or even less appear on it.

Contact the customer service number on the label on the back or send your e-mail. Ask them how the volume of about 30 g serving.

But I would encourage you to buy a digital kitchen scale. For a low cost, there is an article of food quality that will make many measurement tasks in the kitchen easier if you have a package that you want to publish weight, you can estimate the rate of postage. I think they are great articles.

Good luck with losing weight.

Salud!
